Novice/Beginner
Players new to the sport who've only played a few times yearly. They don't know how to keep score or where to stand, and just need help.

They are not intimidated to get on the court and start playing. They know the rules and can serve well.

Advanced
A player who hits hard, has better mobility, and can place the ball effectively. Very few errors occur.
